Architectural & Landscape Request

In order to allow time for processing, please submit this request a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to planned changes/additions. Approval by the Board of Directors must be obtained before commencement of work.

Please provide a description of the proposed change/addition, dimensions and measurements. Please attach to this form:

  • Drawings, sketches and plans showing type of construction, materials to be used and the location on the lot (showing dimensions, measurements and distances from property lines, common areas, balconies, etc.)

HOMEOWNER MUST OBTAIN BUILDING PERMIT AS APPLICABLE.

Homeowner is responsible for any damage to common area(s) resulting from said changes/additions during and/or after construction.
